Konstantinos Kakavoulis

Firm’s Co-Founder and Senior Partner

Konstantinos is an experienced criminal litigator who specialises in white-collar and maritime criminality. He is a lecturer at the Hellenic Police Officers School and a scientific associate at Syntagmawatch.gr. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association, the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association, the Greek Criminal Law Society and the International & European Criminal Law Institute. Konstantinos is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Greece (“Areios Pagos”).

He has represented multinational corporate entities and high-profile individuals before Greek courts and judicial authorities, both as defender and as charge supporter, in criminal cases of high importance. He also specialises in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Internal Investigations and Corporate Compliance. He has participated in pretrial negotiations which usually come to extrajudicial legal settlements.

  • A former Board member of a media company in a €2m. inaccurate financial reporting case. From 2018 to 2020 he provided consulting services to another “Big4” firm about a great variety of criminal law issues arisen in the context of the insurance liquidation of a major insurance group of companies.

Nikolaos Koumoulentzos

Nikolaos Koumoulentzos is an Attorney at Law, Member of the Athens’s Bar Association, specialized in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedures. He has represented many clients in a wide variety of Criminal Law cases and holds significant experience in court advocating on white collar crimes (cases as SIEMENS, Hellenic Postbank, Nokia vs HP, Elvian, Makedonikes Proteines etc.), child pornography and medical malpractice cases.

He is a lecturer in Criminal Law at the Hellenic Police Officers School and scientific associate in the medical magazine of the Hellenic Urological Association. He is member of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and the Greek Criminal Law Society. He also specializes in the areas of Internal Investigations and Corporate Compliance. He is an expert in pretrial negotiations. He has already published an academic monograph in Child Pornography, 2023, published by Nomiki Vivliothiki Publications.

Efthymia (Εmy) Tsaplari

Associate Lawyer

Emy is an Attorney at Law. She graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also holds an LL.Μ. in Civil Procedural Law from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace. She specializes in civil and commercial law and has adequate experience in matters of inheritance, family and property law. She has been practicing law since 2015 in the entire range of civil law. She speaks English and German.
